Bestway Products Company was founded in Gardena, California in 1986, carrying forward a Spyral saw blade line that first came out of Tyler Manufacturing in 1948.

Bestway Products Company was founded in 1986 to carry forward the Spyral saw blade, a product that first appeared in 1948 under Tyler Manufacturing. We design, cut, weld, and heat treat every blade in Gardena, California, and we ship direct to industrial buyers, defense customers, surgical distributors, foam fabricators, and the retail workshop.
Every Spyral blade wraps a single continuous cutting tooth 360 degrees around a tempered steel wire. That geometry cuts material other blades cannot approach, and it lets our customers hold tolerances that would otherwise demand six-figure CNC machinery. For more than thirty years, aerospace manufacturers have used our blades to friction cut and trim formed titanium and stainless steel sheet at high blade speeds. More than 100,000 Bestway survival saws have been purchased for use by the U.S. Military. Medical suppliers stock our stainless steel Gigli type surgical wire saw in non-sterile packaging, direct from the maker.
Our Spyral saw blades cut in all directions, even sideways and backwards. To the best of our knowledge, there is not an identical product in the market.
